Will Herb Fairies be available again once you close on April 13?
Yes. After April 13, the Herb Fairies book club will be open again Spring, 2014.
Why can't I join after the closing date?
Herb Fairies is a book club that starts in the Spring, and ends in the following Spring. The books bring readers through a year of learning about herbs. Each book is released in the corresponding season in the book. One book with learning materials is released every month for a year. We have to close Herb Fairies so the group who purchases can all start together., and we can move on to working with those folks. We're are already sort of late starting by mid April, so it's important for us to move on as quickly as possible. Therefore, we close the cart on April 13.
Where did the violet and dandelion videos go?
The launch is over, so the videos are naturally gone. Naturally, the videos are posted in the Herb Fairies web site site for book club members. We did include download links for those who could not get to the video rights away. They were there the entire time.
Will I have access after all the books are posted if I become a member?
Yes, of course. You have ongoing access to the site. We never shut you out after you purchase it.
I am an HerbMentor.com paying member. Do I get a discount?
Please log into HerbMentor too see. We occasionally offer discounts to courses to HerbMentor members.
You've sent me a lot of emails. Why?
Because you asked us to. You opted in by typing in your email address and asked us to learn more about this course. If you don't want to hear from us, just unsubscribe. Once again, realize that YOU asked us for info, and we gave you what you requested.
Why are you charging so little for this book series? I would expect something like this to cost a lot more than you are charging.
We do get this quite a bit. Though we pour tremendous time and resources into our courses, we do our very best to make them affordable for absolutely anyone who REALLY wants to do this. Our generosity in free and inexpensive herbal education is second to none, and celebrated all over the web. We promise it is of excellent quality. If you are not happy, we'll surely refund you within 30 days.
Will Herb Fairies be available in print?
Offering it digitally allows us to sell it to you at a 68% savings. It also allows us to give you all the extra learning materials that make it a learning system, at no extra charge... such as the journals and Herbal Roots Zine. It also saves on resources, and save you almost $70 on shipping fees over the course of a year. There's more reasons, but that's pretty good, eh?
THAT SAID, once you are a member, you have the option to purchase print books at cost. This is available to members only, as it's "print on demand." The books are professionally printed.
Since you offer print on demand, why not just sell the books?
Herb Fairies is a complete learning system, and includes much more than the books. Print on demand is a feature we offer with membership, as we charge members our "at cost" printing prices. If we sold them as "real books" at this time, we'd have to charge nearly $300 for the learning system, as we have already explained. We would rather charge $97, make less money, and let the customer decide how they want to read them. In a survey, most prefered eReaders, which was more eco-friendly and cost nothing extra. LearningHerbs is well known for it's generosity, as well as high quality, low cost learning tools.
